Notes:
Our all-inclusive fee includes:
- Approved samples handling;
- Preparation (protocol, checklist) and coordination of your inspection/audit /production monitoring;
- Transportation, meals and normal overtime (not night overtime) for our Chinese inspector(s);
- Inspection Report and Inspection certificate issuance;
- TOPWIN Inspection’s personal management and administration;
- Certain countries/areas in Asia: Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea etc.

Transparent, Straightforward and competitive fees:
- Our "man-day" rate in China is $248 USD all-inclusive; there are no hidden costs or extra expenses.
- One "man-day" means one inspector, one day of inspection. Please note that most inspections are performed within 1man-day, and thus only cost $248 all inclusive.
- The number of man-days needed depends on the inspected sampling size (determined by your ordered quantity), the number of reference(s) and the complexity of your product(s).
- Options Available:Collection of samples: Free of charge. During your inspection, our inspector can pick up some production samples and send it to you using your courier account. It could be defective samples or proper sample or one export carton, this is up to you to decide.
- Night overtime: $40 per hour. Normally the inspector shall stay maximum till 5:30PM at the factory since he must go back home or office and also establish his inspection report. However, from time to time inspectors shall stay after 6 PM till sometimes late, in order for example to wait for late production or in order to supervise a late container loading or in order for example to implement the necessary corrective actions for some urgent shipments.
We accept payment both by T/T, Paypal and Western Union ; all of this information will be displayed on your invoice.
